Betty Sheffield Supreme

The "Betty Sheffield Supreme" camellia was named for Quitmanite Mrs. Elsbeth "Betty" Sheffield, whose work with Camellia japonicas is well-known among camellia enthusiasts. The "Supreme" is listed in the NCS Hall of Fame, and was used as the prototype for the commemorative stamp issued by the U.S. Postal Service in 1981. The proceeds from the sales of this product benefit the Quitman/Brooks County Museum.
