Big News for the fall!

October 6th - acclaimed local artist Wayne Hagan, a 1970 graduate of Brooks County High School, will exhibit his artwork at our Cultural Center through October 20th. There will be a reception for him October 6th from 3PM until 5PM.
October 14th pumpkins big and small and other harvest decorations will be available for sale at the new "Pumpkin Patch" on the Court House Square. Open Monday - Saturday 10 am - 7 pm and Sundays 12 noon until 7 pm.

October 20th - don't miss the Skillet Festival also on the Court House Square. It will be a full day and evening of music, food and fun for everyone. Look for special events for children in the "Pumpkin Patch".

November 5th - the works of beloved local photographer and artist Bill Hoopes will be on exhibit for all to enjoy. The display will be in our Cultural Center until November 16th.

November 8th - a musical "I'll Be Seeing You" (music from the greatest generation) will be presented at the Quitman United Methodist Church on Screven Street. This inspirational program will benefit the museum and will begin at 7 pm.

December 1st - our annual Poinsettia Promenade 9 am until 3 pm featuring wonderful homemade breads and desserts, crafts, gifts and hundreds of Poinsettias for sale. Please note the Poinsettias will also be available for sale at the museum.
